Air cooling system

Machine uses air cooling system. Thanks to use of modern cooling system machine reaches its full efficiency in range of outside temperature between +5 and +35 Celsius degrees. Moreover this system allows user to comprehensive use of machine, even in places with no connection of running water. Cooling system of renowned Italian company Aspera, cooling factor 404a.

Cooling mechanical elements with use of system where heat transporting factor is air. Basic advantage of air cooling is low price of cooling medium. In comparison with water systems, air cooling systems are usually less effective. This inconvenience is compensated by much lower price of the machine and by possibility of use machine in places where is no connection of running water or where are restrictions concerning it. Machine cooled by air should fulfill at least three of below conditions to work properly and flawlessly – surroundings of the machine requires at least 0.5 meter of free space for free air flow around it
- ambient temperature shouldn’t be higher than 35C
- room containing machine should be systematically ventilated
- if there is such possibility heat air coming from machine should be carried outside of building
- if there is such possibility machine should be placed in air-conditioned room
- machine with air conditioning system during work outside works perfectly when it is covered e.g. by an umbrella

Electronic control

Equipment uses reliable Japanese electronics. Machine has regulation of ice cream hardness.

Maintenance/washing

Control panel has function „clean”, after its activation and use of washing-disinfectant washes machine automatically executes washing cycle.

Efficiency / drill

20 liters/h ~ 200 ice creams per hour. Drills are made of steel construction and are coated with material of 340 mm length and 85 mm diameter. Capacity of cylinder is about 2.3 liter.

Aeration of ice mass

Aeration of ice mass in machine comes gravitationally, by mixing air mass in tank with use of straw placed inside tank. Thanks to aeration of ice mass we gains about 25% of savings on used ice mass.

Minimum amount of mass that needs to be inside tank is 2 x 2.3 liter.

WARRANTY

Warranty repairs – 12 months. There is possibility to buy package for another 24 month – 3 YEAR WARRANTY.

Every warranty and after warranty repairs or after seasonal maintenance are done in our authorized service. Collection of device from customer during 24 working hours after fault notification. In case of impossibility of fault removal in specified term we offer substitute device.
